Return and Refund Policy
At Memory Care Foundation, we partner with a third-party vendor, Printify, to fulfill our orders. Due to Printify's policies, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items & Manufacturing Errors
We understand that mistakes and defects can happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, Printify offers a free reprint or refund under the following conditions:

Processing Time
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will work with Printify to resolve the problem. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
