Shipping Policy

At the Memory Care Foundation, we partner with Printify to fulfill and ship all orders. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Orders are shipped via Printify’s partnered carriers, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at customercare@memoryfnd.org, and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
