Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Orders are shipped via Printify’s partnered carriers, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at customercare@memoryfnd.org, and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
